Life is not a Dress Rehearsal – it’s the real thing!

Welcome to UK Life Coaching, a free resource and reference site for those who are looking to get more out of their lives, and by more, we mean more relaxation, more creativity, more confidence, more success and more fun!

This site provides a background to Life Coaching and how it works so that anyone who is considering engaging sessions with a Life Coach will have a better idea of what to expect from the experience, but first, lets start with a few simple questions:

Q. Are you in control of your own destiny in life?

Q. Do you live and enjoy every moment?

Q. Are you waiting for some magical realisation or random incident to kick-start your happiness?






Having given some thought to these questions, lets now try the same exercise but with a subtle twist. This time ask yourself:
Q. How would you like to live your life?
Q. Would you like to maximise your pleasure and satisfaction from every scenario and circumstance within which you find yourself?  
Q. Would you welcome the opportunity to be in control of your own happiness and destiny?
Very similar questions I am sure you will agree, but asked from a slightly different perspective. What Life Coaching offers is an opportunity for you to realise the amazing potential that each of us has inside and while working with your Coach you will be able to:

• Work out where you are in your life
• Work out where you would rather be
• Open your mind to new possibilities and solutions
• Learn to redirect yourself towards goals and targets of your own choosing.
