Ian has worked as a Coach and Management Trainer within the Banking and Insurance sector for over 20 years and as a result of market fluctuations and changes in legislation, Ian has become something of an expert in the field of employee outsourcing through skill-based assessment and psychometric profiling.
‘During my time in the Financial Sector I have been fortunate enough to work with professionals of all levels, delivering qualified coaching and personal development programs following their assessment via skill-based competency testing and one to one conversation’ said Ian.
‘Life Coaching for me has become the natural succession from my established training and managerial consultancy and it is interesting to see that no matter what a person’s role in life may have become, the challenges facing senior Industrial Executives are not dissimilar to those facing each and every one of us’ He said.
Ian offers Life Coaching and Personal Development Training from his offices in Herefordshire and works on either an in-call or outcall basis.
