Assessing the present and designing the future – If you want to get a life, get a Life Coach!

Who would have imagined even 50 years ago, the affluence and prosperity enjoyed in this Country by the vast majority of its citizens? We now live in a time of countless satellite television channels, mobile telephones, exotic foreign holidays, exquisite food and drink from around the world, instant access to information via the World Wide Web and much, much more.

But, are we happy and if not, what can we do about it?

Firstly, ask yourself this:

  • What do you want from life?
  • What is important to you?
  • Do you have everything that you deserve right now?
  • Are you living and enjoying every moment?
  • How much more can you achieve?

Life Coaching is a powerful process that supports people in releasing their true potential and in making changes in their lives. Sometimes those changes are the ones we would like to make, but can never find the time, energy or enthusiasm for, others relate to dealing with issues relating to self-worth, confidence, coping with changes at home, at work or in life generally.

Rupert Ellis of UK Life Coaches has been a qualified Sporting and Personal Development Coach for over 20 years and a Life Coaching Practitioner since 1999.

“I work with my clients in total confidence adopting a supportive, unconditional and non-judgemental attitude throughout our sessions together” said Rupert.

“Utilising a variety of proven coaching techniques, I show my clients how to:

  • Identify and achieve their goals
  • Overcome obstacles that have held them back
  • Improve their self-esteem and confidence
  • Develop better understanding through communication
  • Enhance their relationships
  • Open up new ways of thinking
  • Succeed!

Rupert’s practise is somewhat unusual as it rarely advertises in the traditional sense, with new clients being referred through the personal recommendation of satisfied customers. His clients have included celebrities, sportsmen and women and professionals from all walks of life and has been featured on Ch4 Television’s ‘Help’ series and in the Times newspaper.

“Working with people to help enrich their lives is a very fulfilling vocation where the enthusiasm shared between client and Coach becomes almost addictive” He added.
